SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Saturday, July 13, 2019
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM:
Packet pickup and late registration in the gym at Tri Cities Family YMCA. Directions to the YMCA are on the "Directions" tab. Participants may also get body marked, if desired. The transition area will also be open if participants desire to rack their bikes prior to race day. Security will be provided at the venue. Participants can pick up their race supplies and timing chips. There will be 2 course talks at 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM by the race director. We will also answer any questions you might have. Please note you may also pick up your race packet on Sunday, race day.

Sunday, July 14, 2019
5:30 AM to 7:15 AM:
Transition area opens. Transition is located in the grassy field at Mulligan's Hollow, adjacent to the YMCA parking lot. Athletes can pick up their race materials, timing chips, get body marked and receive final instructions from our on site announcer.
Grand Haven State Park parking lot opens for athletes and spectators. if you don't have an annual State Park sticker or license tab, you need to purchase a one day pass.
7:15 AM (SHARP):
Transition area closes. IF YOU ARE NOT OUT OF THE TRANSITION AREA BY 7:15, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR TIMING CHIP AND NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE. IT'S NOT FAIR TO THE OTHERS THAT DID ARRIVE ON TIME AND MAKE THEM WAIT.

Post race picnic for all athletes and volunteers
Sprint triathlon and duathlon awards ceremony (YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR AWARD. AWARDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT EARLY.)
