​​PACKET PICKUP

Dates & Times:   Saturday, July 09, 2022 From 2:00PM to 5:00PM   AND  Sunday, JulY 10, 2022 From 5:15AM to 7:00AM                                                            Place:                   Large White Tent Behind the Transition Area


Packet pickup takes place at the large white tent NOT INSIDE THE YMCA. During this time, you will pick up your race materials. Blow ups of the course maps will be posted at packet pickup.


YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING:

  • Photo Identification
  • Participant number (Numbers will be posted near the entrance of packet pickup)​  


YOU WILL PICK UP THE FOLLOWING:

  • Your race bib number
  • Race I.D. wrist band (MUST be worn to enter transition area and take part in the event) These will be placed on your wrist by volunteers at packet pickup.
  • Bike number (MUST be affixed on your bike's frame)
  • Helmet number (Must be affixed on front of your helmet)
  • Timing chip and ankle strap
  • ​Swim cap 


STEPS TO THE PACKET PICK-UP PROCESS:ter

  1. Determine your race number. (Numbers will posted near the entrance of the registration tent)
  2. Proceed to the registration table to pick up your race numbers (bib, bike and helmet). You MUST show your photo ID. 
  3. Continue down the table to pick up your event bag
  4. Continue to end of table to pick up your timing chip and ankle strap
  5. Individual participants MUST pick up ONLY their own race materials
  6. Relay team captains may collect all materials for their team
  7. We will be offering 2 course talks on Saturday, near the packet pickup tent at 2:30PM and 4:00PM. We'd encourage you to attend, especially if it's your first time doing a triathlon/duathlon or the Grand Haven Triathlon
